These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Wawo - Review Automation ("the App"), a Shopify application developed and operated by Globale Ecom Technologies LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Wawo - Review Automation automates WhatsApp review request messages to your customers after order delivery. Based on the customer's rating, they are routed to a public review platform (e.g. Trustpilot) or an in-app feedback form. The App integrates with your Shopify store and operates within the Shopify Partner ecosystem.
You must have an active Shopify store and a valid Shopify account to use the App. By accepting these Terms, you represent that you have the authority to bind your business to these Terms.
The App offers the following plans, billed through Shopify's billing system:
All charges are processed by Shopify. By upgrading to a paid plan, you authorize Shopify to charge the applicable fees to your account. Subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days unless cancelled. Refunds are handled in accordance with Shopify's billing policies.
You agree not to use the App to:
The App, including its code, design, and content, is owned by Wawo - Review Automation and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for your Shopify store operations during the term of your subscription.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee specific results, delivery rates, or review volumes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wawo - Review Automation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including lost revenue or reputational harm. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify store. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before resorting to formal legal proceedings in the applicable courts of the United States.
